Unprofessional and Rude Management.
The stay was average. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. The receptionist and management can use some training in customer service. Both were rude and unaccommodating. Customer service goes a long way. Because of the unprofessional service, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

My Stay
I truly enjoyed my stay. My room was missing the shower curtain but they quickly replaced it without a problem. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.

Everywhere in the bathroom was hair. The tub wasn't cleaned . I left at 8 am for a meeting and I saw no housecleaning person. I won't be back

Cost was good for what we needed. Few issues sink leaked when water was on. TV remote didn't work, got another one that didn't work.

说实话，我对这个地方的感觉很复杂。我们到的时候冷得要命。前台的人都很热情友好。浴室有点脏，床单也是。
很好的体验，床非常舒适，房间干净，在我们入住的第五天晚上，我们房间的窗帘落了下来，我们通知了接待处，他们立即给我们分配了另一个房间，工作人员非常友好。

Beds are ok.
It seems to be an older building, but kept up ok.
