Staff was exceptional! Hotel very old , needs upgrades. Breakfast is limited. Very noisy. Could here semi trucks braking all hours of night. Back of hotel looks like a 1 star . Very sketchy

Fisherman's gray the staff is great the laundry and the air conditioner was okay not the best but everything else was great I would recommend to stay here again

Horrendous, dirty, do not recommend
First of all there was a USED DIRTY WET bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. It gets better though, after carrying our stuff up 2 flights of steps to our room, we decided to go out and grab something for dinner. When we walked out of the room and tried the door behind us to make sure it was closed and locked only to find out if you gave the door a good push while holding the door knob down the door pops right open. I REFUSED to stay in a room for 2 night for what I had just paid. I went down to the front desk and the girl was VERY nice and apologetic and asked me to please come back in the morning and say how unacceptable this was. She was looking for a different room to put me in and in the meantime a gentleman that she referred to as “Roger” (not sure if he was the manager or owner or what) and explained the situation. He honestly did not believe me until I showed him the proof of the door in a video I had taken with my phone. The only thing he offered to do was move me rooms. Never offered any money back for the inconvenience or anything. We have been going to Carlisle for 5 years now for Truck Nationals and I can guarantee you I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone or stay there again. I will pay the extra money to have a decent place to stay. The beds are ABSOLUTELY horrible and the pillows were a disgrace as well. The blanket on the bed consisted of a sheet, no comforter, just a sheet.

I was a little disappointed, our first night the room was not cleaned, beds were not even made bathroom was not cleaned and laundry was not done. No fresh towels soap or shampoo

Elva at the front desk was wonderful and very kind. She went above and beyond to make our stay good. She also helped a friend of ours with the same kindness. Also the young man in the breakfast room was great, but I don't know his name. We will stay there again in the future.

We were in town for the car show , the room we got was clean but run down , air conditioner worked great , tv didn’t work but to be fair I never complained about it,

The property was a good location to the Fair Grounds which was why I chose it. The property was very dirty and in need of repairs. Staff was friendly.

木屐、脏兮兮的房间、吱吱作响的床!我们额外付费换了房间,房间稍微好一点!早餐只提供白面包和吐司(服务员直接用手处理,既没洗手也没戴手套)。虽然有麦片,但牛奶得自己要。酒店整体都很脏。结果:以后再也不住这家酒店了。
