The hotel was very clean, had several safety features like using a key card to use the elevator. Friendly staff, plenty of food options and late night menus. Food was good, not spectacular but there are plenty of nearby restaurants if you really wanted to get out and about. The ease of the restaurant inside the hotel was perfect for our trip.

My husband and I only stayed for one night, however, it was a great one night. The only complaint if I call it that was the shower tile could have been cleaned a little better, but overall would stay again.

Whatever you do- DO NOT prepay for breakfast! You pay $23/person for a tiny menu with zero add-on options. We prepaid $46 and the actual total on the check was only $39 after tax. We definitely would have ordered off of the full restaurant menu. The options were extremely limited and you could not get substitutions.
Other than that, it’s a great spot. Staff was great. Room was super clean. Hotel was quiet. Lots of walkable restaurants- both chain & local spots. Live music at Kelly’s Pub nightly. Shopping options both in the Town Center area and across the street at Pembroke.

Excellent hotel
Hotel was located in wonderful place. Close to many places to eat. Parking was free and garage next to hotel. Room size was nice

We had a very nice stay. Most everything was good, but we were disappointed to find that there was no spa, and we were hoping for spa treatments. Also, nowhere in the room did I find a room service menu or a form to fill out and leave on the door for breakfast. There were no robes in the closet, and no washcloths. I also noticed that when we walked into the lobby, that heavenly fragrance that we have come to associate with the Westin was missing. So were we staying at a Westin Lite? Westin Express? I hope that you're not lowering your usually high standards.

Plenty of food options all within walking distance of the hotel. There is a family entertainment center located behind the hotel and connected via a walking bridge through the parking garage.
TV's work off satellite TV, so if there's bad weather they won't work.
Bathroom was not stocked with shower gel or soap.
All in all not impressed for a "Premium" brand hotel.
