Room was larger than expected..clean..quiet and comfortable. Overall hotel was very nice. Parking was easy, restaurants all within walking distance.We will be back!

Delivery fee for food was ridiculous just to ride an elevator to my room. Bar staff was great. Front desk staff was understanding and amazing! As always rooms were clean , hotel smelled great. Cliental has changed , not for the good. Better room service food options would be appreciated and no service fee. We tip well. That should be enough .

Love the location of the property. We stayed overnight after attending a concert and the hotel was wonderful. Staff were very personable, hotel was clean and the city view from the room was great! So much in the VB Town Center area.

The hotel was very clean, had several safety features like using a key card to use the elevator. Friendly staff, plenty of food options and late night menus. Food was good, not spectacular but there are plenty of nearby restaurants if you really wanted to get out and about. The ease of the restaurant inside the hotel was perfect for our trip.

My husband and I only stayed for one night, however, it was a great one night. The only complaint if I call it that was the shower tile could have been cleaned a little better, but overall would stay again.

Whatever you do- DO NOT prepay for breakfast! You pay $23/person for a tiny menu with zero add-on options. We prepaid $46 and the actual total on the check was only $39 after tax. We definitely would have ordered off of the full restaurant menu. The options were extremely limited and you could not get substitutions.
Other than that, it’s a great spot. Staff was great. Room was super clean. Hotel was quiet. Lots of walkable restaurants- both chain & local spots. Live music at Kelly’s Pub nightly. Shopping options both in the Town Center area and across the street at Pembroke.

Hotel was located in wonderful place. Close to many places to eat. Parking was free and garage next to hotel. Room size was nice

房间非常干净整洁。员工很棒，热情好客。一定会再来的。
不值这个价钱，房间缺乏现代化设施。粗糙的墙壁上沾满了脏手指留下的污渍。房间里的垃圾桶里都没有垃圾袋。我们要求加一条毯子，结果收到的毯子薄得像床单。入住时间是下午3点到4点半，客房服务人员还在翻房间，行李推车和清洁车在走廊里空间不足，造成了不便和拥挤。
