No grab bars in shower, towels were small and old, shower head ******, place is old and rickety. Almost had to kich the door in. It was stuck. No lampshades. Overall, I will never stay there again

I don’t care how desperate you are to find somewhere to sleep even for a night… don’t go here, this look like I was thrown in somewhere outside America….. it was dirty, roaches running all over the place, the bathroom had roaches on the ground and the sink the same, the room itself smells terrible I had to go buy air freshener to be able to breathe…the shades on the lamps were broken and dirty, I notice a door in the room led to somewhere, I didn’t feel safe because it was open on my side and locked on the other side, when I realise I locked it…. Luckily I did, I woke up to someone opening it the next morning and when they realise it was locked from my side that is when they knocked and said housekeeping…. When I opened the door there was about five people staring back at me…. The only reason I stayed was because I wouldn’t get my money back…. When I fist got there, the entry way look like a mechanic shop and the receptionist smelled horribly…. I literally held my breath trying to get through checking in…. I didn’t expect 5 star, but atleast a half of the star dammit!!!!! WYNDHAM NEED TO TAKE THEIR NAME OFF THIS BUILDING…. This looks and feels like a crack den!

For a bed to sleep in passing through, it’s fine. Walking into the stairwell it smells strongly of smoke even with no smoking signs. Our room smelled awful. The AC was cold but so loud it woke us up constantly. Could definitely use an overhaul and thorough clean. Breakfast is basic. For the price it’s fine but we wouldn’t stay again.

Woke up with cockroaches crawling on me. I booked for two nights but checked out early the next morning. Still waiting to get my refund back for the second night as I was not staying there ever again. The staff was not friendly or concerned about the situation.

Beware!
The staff was pleasant. The room was dirty. The door looked like it had been kicked in and the threshold wasnt in place. We had to fix the toilet beacuse it wasnt tightened down. The bed was uncomfortable. It states in the description it was remodeled but it doesn't look that way at all. We had a roach in the bathroom light and one ran across the floor.

It's a room, better options nearby
You get what you pay for, this isn't a Hampton here, this is a bottom tier hotel. The room was on the smaller side, converted from an interior entry to an exterior one at some point. The lighting was terrible, no bulbs in one of the lamps and when turning on the bathroom light, had bugs running up the wall. To finish off this picture, let's just place the smoke detector in a drawer while we are at it. Breakfast? No hot options, of course the single waffle machine is broken. Bread was stale.... but at least we could use the pool, right? Nope, closed.

Check in was quick because I did online check in and just had to sign and get the keys upon arrival. The hotel was listed as non-smoking, but we had to wipe everything, including the walls down with what we had, which was water and peppermint oil so I could breath as I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke. The rag was grey when we were done. In thr middle of the night, around 1 am, we heard shouting and loud arguing in the next room over. It lasted for several hours and sounded as though it were in the same room. The smoke detector was disconnected and dangling from the wall. We had to reconnect it. There was also no cover on one of the outlets, the rubber baseboard moulding covered half of another outlet. We chose this hotel due to the high ratings and price point, but I think it is only fair to offer an honest review. I seldom leave bad reviews, but I felt like the reviews I read were over inflated.
