Hotel could do with a revamp but overall I was very happy with what I paid and what I got - I would stay here again!

We were given a different room than the one we booked. No heat in room. Employee that checked us in was rude and not helpful. Told me they were booked full. There were many rooms available. Finally said room next to us was open, only to find out that there was no heat in that room. Finally offered me 2 electric heaters to use in our room. Not very friendly and helpful.

工作人员一如既往地热情周到，就像我上次入住时一样。床铺非常舒适温馨。这次入住唯一的问题是暖气吹不出热风，甚至连暖风都吹不出来。我把恒温器调到制热模式，温度设为85华氏度（约29摄氏度），但吹出来的仍然是冷风。另一个问题是淋浴没有热水，水温也只是温的。不过他们给我送来了一台电暖器，很快就暖和起来了。这栋楼比较老旧，确实需要一些翻新升级。
工作人员非常友好，前两个房间都有些问题，但他们第三次就帮我们找到了一个不错的房间。
我们住的房间热水总是用完，不够我们所有人洗澡……不过房间很干净，服务也很好。
恒温器坏了，没有熨斗，熨衣板罩也丢了，早餐只有吐司和麦片。
员工很友好。
