The room had really bad housekeeping upkeep, no trash can liners or other standard amenities generally offered by hotels such as towels, I went to the lobby as there wasn't a towel or even a wash rag in the double room, I had a reservation of 4 that I just checked in with the hostess who I asked for a towel after I politely described our room situation she gave me one towel for a reservation for four people. I informed her I needed more so four people aren't sharing one towel she rudely dismissed me and told me she couldn't give any more towels. The rooms also have really thin walls and allow guests to scream within their rooms at all hours of the night. They also allowed welders to come work on site during peak check in hours in heavily trafficked areas by hotels guests without using any kind of shielding to protect guests from potentially hurting their eyes. This is a issue from management and has clearly trickled down to the employees the investors should rightly be upset by this la quinta location I have stayed at several la Quintas in the past this one has by far been the worst of them.

The day I got in the front desk girl was kind of rude no smiles at all also threw my whole state pretty much they didn’t came to clean the room except for my last day, even though I requested it multiple times

I thought I was going into something nice as the pictures advertised were renovated units. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Walked in and the women at the front desk was on a call visibly upset. I simply said “I hope things get better”, because life. While checking in she asked if I would mind being on the top floor. No issues for me her response was okay, I know that room is nice so I want to give you that one. Cool upon entering the room the refrigerator & microwave was unplugged. There. Was only two washcloths and one towel (the towel you put down on the floor) when the person I was staying with went down to ask for more towels they were met with questions like “what’s wrong why do you need soo many towels” when the room was never stocked with towels. The tub was stained and actually physically clogged. When we called the front desk someone came to the room and let us know someone would be there in 30mins. We left and came back a few hours later and nothing had been done we were then told the repair person would be here at 12am. Doing a repair at 12 am in hotel is crazy especially since we were told the repair would be done about 8pm. Of course the person never showed up at 12am they showed up as we were checking out @9-10am. I have picture and videos of the room that show the floor lifting up the tub being clogged and the visible dirt on the walls. just do yourself a favor and keep scrolling when you see this one. I only expected the basics and couldn’t even get that.

The first room the toilet and the tv didn’t work so after we moved in we had to move to a second room on the other side of the building and in that room when you take a shower the carpet in the living area got soaking wet because the tub leaks. Will never stay at a Wyndham property again!!!!

There wasn’t any towels in the room so I couldn’t take a shower and when I went to make some coffee the coffee machine leaked all over the table. I will never stay at a Wyndham property again!!!!

The rooms were not clean at all, the towels were dirty, the sheets were dirty and stained. My girlfriend said she got all itchy she thought there were bedbugs, not recommended.

我们入住的第一个房间闻起来像香烟、洗涤剂和宠物的气味混合在一起。我们要求换一间房,服务员却表现得非常恼火。换到新房间后,我们非常庆幸房间没有异味,却没有注意到房间里其他的问题,比如空调坏了、马桶冲水不畅、垃圾桶溢水、制冰机坏了。房间里到处都是烟蒂。房间很脏。我不会推荐这家酒店给任何人。
