The first room I was given the door didn't close all the way. The second room I was given was not clean properly.There was Taco Bell in the microwave and that door also had issues with the locking mechanism. This location needs a lot of work in the rooms there was a hole in the bathroom door. But the staff was great.They tried to accommodate me in everything but there's just only so much she could have done.

Awful policies
My ex husband checked in after finding me and damaged my vehicle then proceeded to become belligerent. Staff did in fact call the police. But ignored my earlier request for assistance which led to it escalating. I was trespassed and not refunded because of someone elses actions. The policies are terrible.

The staff is excellent. From the guy who checked me in(sorry for not catching your name) through Kelly who quickly got me moved due to an A/C issue, two thumbs up. Travel constantly with work staying in hotels 3-4 days a week, the staff makes this place. I will definitely stay again next time in the area.
