Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (especially Asia:) Room was very clean. Only issue was the bed that had a loud squeek when sat upon but was otherwise comfortable. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would stay there again if the occasion arose

Room smelled musky and a little like someone smoked in the room previously. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

The Location was very convenient, Room was good-clean & comfortable, Breakfast was adequate, the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise outside our door in the middle of the night with someone apparently listening to videos in the hallway for hours on their phone with the volume up and early morning(4-5am) someone talking or arguing very loudly for quite a while in the hallway as well. I would not recommend staying on the first floor.

Only had our room serviced once in 6 nights. Ran out of towels, toilet paper and cups. Front desk said that they couldn’t help.
