不满意
房间需要用旧钥匙才能进,整晚都能听到管道的声音,房间几乎挤不进去。外面太脏了,大概凌晨三点多才结束。没有暖气,洗澡要么冻着要么烫着。唯一还算可以的就是床。170英镑一晚,不值。
问题依旧
入住花了很长时间——工作人员后来在停车场迎接我们,在我们去观光之前向我们道歉。我穿衣服的时候有人进了我们的房间。丈夫晚上晚些时候无法再次进入房间——关键问题。
员工问题依然存在。他们承诺会退还一晚的房费。
