First room had no heat. Called the front desk. They sent up a maintenance person who couldn’t repair it so we were moved to a new room. They gave us free certificates for the buffet breakfast. The WiFi was slow but otherwise the room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The stay itself was good but the hotel’s weakness is the car valet service. We almost missed our flight on Sunday morning because the valet was missing.

The hotel clean staff didn’t respect customer’s request. We put privacy tag on the door knob but they still come in to the room. We are very upset. We won’t stay in this hotel in future.
Please train your cleaning service staff team to make sure that they respect their customers.
