Room and staff were great. Manager Keith and night associate Ryan were great. Had a little issue with neighbor who kept her TV on all night (when she wasn’t even there) and her TV was loud!

3rd time staying at this hotel and I must say always lovely. Crystal is amazing, David was great the general manager and everone else is always pleasant and accommodating.. Thumbs up to Housekeeping!!! If I'm ever back in NYS I will stay again!!

Location is very convenient for my needs.Ypur staff is always friendly. You have the best and easiest free breakfast on the business. I will continue to use you but 145 for a room is too much.

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, the bed linens and bathroom.
The staff was very courteous and helped us resolve an issue with the ability to charge our phones ,( no USB support yet).
The suggestion would be to warm up the room slightly prior to arrival.
Other than that ,- it was a great stay.

After having a VERY disappointing experience at another Microtel, we found this hotel to very clean. The shampoo and conditioner provided were very good. The building is recent vintage so everything is in good shape.

The hotel was very clean and close to other restaurants, grocery store, dollar stores and gas stations which was nice!
The management and staff are very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!
