Did not know this was a full service hotel, until second day. Were told on our second night we would be serviced the third day, didn’t happen, will never stay there again

Been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 50 years. This visit was in the top 2!!! First time staying at your Residence Inn. Let's just say, we will be coming back Jan. 2026. Clean rooms, etc.. Nice staff. Breakfast was an eight.

Loved this hotel. South Myrtle isnt known for many good hotels but this one is fantastic. Breakfast was great, view was amazing and the staff were lovely.

Clean and spacious room. Nice hotel overall right on the beach with good facilities.
However, the breakfast offering was very poor. The standard of the food was poor. I am really disappointed that plastic cutlery is used, and some dishes were polystyrene. Surely a better environmentally stainable alternative can be found or just use normal cutlery and plates. The amount of waste is outrageous.

Everything was excellent except the toilet is too low and there was no safety bar in the shower. The view was great, the people that work there were very friendly and accommodating. It would have been nice to know in advance that parking was going to be $20 per day.

Check your room first
The ocean view was beautiful. I loved the full kitchen set up. The only problem I had was the bed. The mattress was clearly old. It was lumpy and hard. I ended my stay a day early because I was so uncomfortable.
