Good size room. HORRIBLE BEDS!!! You will feel like you are sleeping on the 80’s waterbed or half inflated air mattress.

9/18-9/23./2025. King suite booked. Tv not online couldnt connect it. Light above dining table out. Black mold under shelf in shower, and glasstrim. Filth and hair in corners. Asked 4 times for housekeeping. Once upon arrival fri, twice sat. On sun. they were to come for their 3 day "quick clean empty trash, make bed, "never showed. On monday I was disgusted & complained again, left Tues . My first room had no ac. Housekeeping clearly didnt clean that one or they would have noticed. Maintenance was amazing but after 4 hours they couldn't fix a.c., replaced whole unit. Stifling hot humid. Was denied another room as a Shriners convention booked all hotels in the area. Yet went on ******* another room available, different grade but available . In tears a mgr finally gave me another room Jim Volz was outstanding. On Monday I was bleached out of my room. Apologized to numerous times and the room would be" blocked from sale. Tues" Looks beautiful but looks are deceiving. Cleanliness is most important. Per front desk " not a full service hotel" but at 1100 for 4 nights. I want clean towels delivered, picked up and at least a bed made ,wastebasket emptied I have pictures. If anyone wants them. I went out bought my own lysol and wipes. Marriott is definitely not the place to stay. Many other oceanfront hotels to stay in cheaper. I was told a card door they didnt come in. There were 2 cards a "do not disturb"and a "towel refresh card". staff google translated to me so no towels.

Great ocean view from our room's balcony. The pool area was nice-- it works on a sunny day or a rainy day at the covered pool. Lots of spots in the hotel with balcony chairs and places to sit for cards or talking. Breakfast had a good selection and eating area.

Well first your neighbor can look directly into your room from their balcony. Didn’t like that. Charged $22 a night to PARK at the hotel, told me everyone in MB had gone this route. Not true, I walked to a few close by equally nice resorts and was told one car parking is free at their location. Breakfast was underwhelming. I’ll be back next year but I’ll stay elsewhere.

Nice Ocean view, but bathroom door was water damaged and worn. It dragged the floor and wouldnt open completely. The top of the base boards throughout were very dirty.

Everything that Marriott properties are known for in customer service, this location is the exception. They tell you “we don’t or no longer do that here.” All parts of staffing are friendly, which makes it hard to say this. Some may need more training in guest services with listening. We had an experience in the restaurant, that I won’t share on listening. But yet we tipped well, regardless. We were asked did we have a vehicle upon arrival, we told them no. At check out I asked to not only charge a different credit card but can I get a print out of charges. Guess what I was charged for daily with taxes? Parking! Then they never processed the correct amount but I have 3 pending charges—2 on the wrong card and 1 on the correct card! Needless to say, I won’t be back. Although the location is at a beautiful part of the beach. The rooms need updating with repairs. I’m glad I took a video upon check in. I’ll be paying attention to my card for anymore frivolous charges. I’ll take my chances at another Marriott property in the area. First and last stay.

I liked the Residence Inn by Marriott. It was easy to get to from the Airport, centrally located next to other hotels and had complimentary breakfast. I didn’t like that you had to pay so much money for two chairs and an umbrella on the beach. The hotel should have supplied the chairs and umbrella for you.
