Breakfast was horrible. There was no spray for the waffle iron waffle stuck. It was just one of the worst continental breakfast I ever had. I ended up not eating and going to McDonald’s. The guy at the front desk kept on guy’s license had to chase him down double charged me my deposit I had to call to get my deposit returned Eight days after I was there.

At check in and per in room notice, we were to receive fresh towels and trash pickup every day. Linens were to be changed every 3rd day. We stayed 7 days. Our linens were never changed and we had ask every day for towels and Trash pickup. Twice we dumped our own trash. Once when my husband asked the man cleaning rooms for towels he was told angrily that we weren't on the list. Husband went to front desk to ask and no one was there. He found someone in the laundry room who literally yelled at him. The young ladies who checked us in and out were very pleasant and helpful but nicest and most helpful employee was the maintenance man

The worst experience ever. To be given a key to a room that was already occupied not once, not twice but 3 times! Poor lady in the first room was in the hot tub. Only reson we stayed after all that was due to the fact we had already paid and was charged $100 deposit. Guy at front desk was clueless on how to properly and confidently do his job

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff are amazing, and the room was clean. This will be our go to next time we’re visiting Monroe!

What a poor showing for Baymont
It took us over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk for us to check in. When he came to he desk he was not in a very good mood. He was short and snapious with us. we are senior citizens and there was nothing on the web site about no elevator in the building. we were put on the top floor. We struggled with our suitcases. The hands rails are so sticking that you didn't want to use them. I will never prepay for a room again. I was to afraid to ask for a refund. The next morning we're going to breakfast and the man was overseeing it. Again his mood was not good. He did mumble the F word several times and everyone noticed. Some of the machines didn't work. We never went back for breakfast.
Halls were dirty, never once in the four days did our room get waste baskets emptied, dirty towels picked up or fresh towels delivered. I feel that we were cheated for what we paided

The staff was good. Paul was wonderful! He was available whenever he was needed. I had little contact with other staff.
