Listing was misleading, advertised pool and hot tub, didn’t update listing to explain due to a large booking the pool and hot tub would be off limits to other travelers. When the booking was cancelled they refused to issue a refund

Our room was nice, hot was perfect, breakfast was great and staff was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in the area.

This is an older hotel, it’s as clean as you can get an older hotel. The bed was fine, but better pillows would be nice. We traveled with our cat, he could get under the bed, so it took some convincing to get him out when it’s time to leave. The size of the room was great. Breakfast was ok. We would consider staying again if need be.

This hotel has a good location, but for our stay, it was just ok. The hot tub was small, not big enough for 2. The pool was closed. Just ok

I was a little bit nervous after reading some bad reviews before I arrived for my one night stay on a road trip . It was perfectly fine and fit for what I needed . I felt The staff was very friendly, plenty of people staying there were friendly as well. Everyone really enjoyed seeing my beautiful canine companion. The room was clean . Breakfast was satisfying and the location was right off the highway. There is also a nice state park right done the road. Overall it fit its price . There was a nice pool and jacuzzi that people were enjoying as well .

Honest Review:
Pro's
1.) Ashley at the Front Desk was professional, nice and very pleasant and helpful.
2.) Hotel in a nice area, with lots of choices around it. 3.) Bed was comfy
4.) TV was small but channels good
5.) Fridge in room was good.
6.) Water pressure was great in shower
7.) Dogs allowed
8.) Pool decent, stays open till Midnight.
Con's
1.) Hotel is definitely older and not updated.
2.) Bathroom toilet is positioned that if you are tall, about 5'9 or taller you are probably touching your knees on the sink while sitting on it.
3.) Shower is also very little and tight. Reminded me of a camper shower.
Shower was not the cleanest, the soap dispenser had soap running down the wall and not cleaned up.
4.) TV remote was broken, could change the channels but had to get up to adjust the sound, and had sticky residue on the back, like worn tape holding battery in.
5.) A lot of truckers, and (construction) workers stayed there.
6.) Alot of pot smokers, smoking in back, Michigan is legal for this, Just FYI.
Dogs allowed but for a fee.
Stayed 1 night and it was ok, would not be happy staying for a couple days.

They had party and had floor booked and pool and the people were nasty loud and out of control
