Staff was lacking,the room was not cleaned and smelled. They dont have sufficient chamber maids.

Excellent location close to everything in the Lake George, Queensbury, Glen Falls area. The only drawback was the property felt a bit dated.

It was a strange experience. The entry drive way was poorly paved. We missed the first entrance and saw no reception. The motel looked like a homeless shelter. We returned to the first drive way and saw the reception although it was awkward to get there. The room was ok although one lamp didn’t work and by morning the small refrigerator leaked on the floor.

´The person at the reception was not friendly, I almost felt like I was bothering him at my arrival.
There were some small issues with the room like a cracked sink counter and a broken cushion under the toilet seat, but the room was clean.
´The very UNFORTUNATE thing was that the walls were very thin, so there is little soundproofing. As a result the people in the next room were very noisy and that continued until 4 o’clock in the morning. I tried to call the front desk office from the room telephone only to discover that the phone had no plug, so could not be connected which made it unserviceable ( and in case of emergency, quite dangerous), as a result I went to get help with the noisy room next to ours by going to the front lobby, but no one was there, and there was no button or door buzzer to get help so I knocked several times with no answer. Finally we got very little sleep. When I addressed this problem with the person ( the same person who registered me the day before) at the front desk when leaving he was uninterested and unapologetic.
´The smaller issues, previously mentioned could be excused for the reasonable room cost ( for a Monday night), but not the sleepless night and inability to contact management to take care of the problem.

我们的住宿体验还不错，我们住了两晚。房间很干净，但没有毛巾，没有面巾纸，而且两天内根本没有打扫干净。垃圾桶已经满了。 简而言之，价格合适，但他们可以在我们的两天内清理干净。
我们不得不换房间，因为浴室坏了
这家酒店需要很多爱，需要进行许多翻修，但他们正在慢慢开始
