The room was kind of musty smelling. We had to turn the AC on even though it wasn’t that hot.

Mediocre room- fantastic customer service
The hotel and room were not in the best of conditions- something I've come to expect from Red Roof Inn. The floors were dirty, furniture was very old and worn, some of the lights did not work.
However, the woman at the front desk was incredible. She was very nice and made check-in easy, gave me the 1st floor request I had, and was able to answer all of my questions. I don't remember her name, but whoever was there Saturday afternoon- thank you.

Do not recommend
When I made a reservation for this hotel, I was expecting it to be basic, but clean, based on other reviews. This would have been fine for my purposes, as we were just staying one night. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The room was not clean. It smelled strongly of pine sol, but the floor was dirty, and there was an old French fry, wrappers and a lighter under the bed. It seemed like people were living there full time. People were smoking outside both cigarettes and pot. At night time we had to put the air conditioning on to drown out the noise of people yelling, dogs barking, car horns etc.

The room was so dirty disgusting. I was so sketched out that I left after 30 mins and didn't even stay. The mirrors were dirty, there were crumbs all over the bed side shelves, the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped, the inside of the fridge was filthy. I would have been more comfortable staying at the Bates motel. Just....no.
