Some repairs needed throughout the facility and inside the rooms most likely. I have had microwave issues that was not resolved for 48 hours and TV remote issues on three separate occasions since my easy fix was not done on the first ask. Breakfast lacking choices.

The property had men drinking beers and standing and sitting outside the entryway. The bedroom was clean until we found Pizza behind the bed. The room smelled stale. We didnt stay. Found another hotel.

There were roaches . Didnt smell good at all. Just felt dirty as the place wasnt clean at all ! Overall experience wasnt good esp for what i paid for this room for one night! Very upset and not satisfied!

Breakfast was horrible, pancake maker left pancakes not cooked. The rooms have been updated but not very well the floor they put in was not level at all. This was more like a 2 star hotel.

The staff did not explain the occupancy rules of the room, we were charged extra due to an emergency that caused us to have an extra person in the room.
The staff was not accommodating at all.
