酒店回复: Hi Hyle,I'm not sure where you are seeing a 1200 incidental charge especially upon checkout. There was 2 authorizations on your Discover, One for 1290 for your room & tax and the other was 100 for incidentals. Your final bill was 1285.12 and upon your checkout, the hotel releases any holds and then it depends upon your bank when they release hold. It can take up to 7-10 business for a hold to release and today it the 10th day exactly. So a total of 104.88 should have already returned to your card.

I gave poor property condition because our room had a clogged toilet so the nice lady at front desk moved us to new room. Other than that, we really enjoyed it! Loved the shades in the room.

Easy check in & out. I left my pillow and Robin was so helpful finding it and getting back to me they had it. My daughter was able to get it back for me.

Perfect location great price
We’ve stayed at this location several times over the years and it gets better every time
The rooms have been upgraded since my last visit they are really nice
As always the free breakfast is was amazing if you go there get the quiche

The two queen beds were very comfortable. Usually the side closest to the bathroom is worn out, but not here. The room and bathroom was very clean. Also, one of the few hotels I have stayed at that actually had enough towel hooks for 4 people staying in the room.

People were nice enough, but when you can't get out of your room's bathroom because the door latch was broken... how does staff not see that? Breakfast was DISGUSTING, inedible. Then, 3 phone calls to Marriott to get the Bonvoy app to work, only to find out that booking through ******* voids my Bonvoy points? Oh, did I mention this was the FIRST TIME IVE EVER STAYED AT A MARRIOTT HOTEL? No way to treat a brand-new customer; Hampton Inns are much nicer for the same price.

They cancelled my reservation prior to check in and gave our room away without notice. They downgraded our room. We opted to pay on site when booking. They stated they charged my card at 7:00am the morning of check in, despite check in time was at 4pm and we opt for the pay at site option. They stated since the card declined at 7:00am they cancelled the reservation without noticing us. In which I was fully prepared to pay on site as previously arranged. They stated they only had one downgraded room available which we had to take due to such short notice. Highly dissatisfied with this experience and will not be returning to this hotel.

酒店回复: Thank for your review. Please keep in mind when booking a reservation for a room especially on a holiday weekend, a valid method of payment must be provided. Unfortunately, the cc on file for reservation was not valid and there was not a number or email address to contact you so reservation was CXLED. It just so happened we had a room to put you in when you arrived. Just remember, a valid cc when booking at hotels.

Wonderful Stay, Absolute Will Come back!
Stayed at the hotel for 4th of July weekend, the hotel was very pleasant. Staff was great, helpful, and accommodating. The lobby area was very nice, and clean. Our room was very spacious, also very clean, beds were really comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are down near VA Beach. Highly, Highly recommend 😊 The surrounding area was also nice, right near the Outlets.

我本来想给这家酒店五星好评。这地方住得真好。结果我离开的时候出了问题。退房第二天，酒店就从我的信用卡里扣了一笔杂费。这笔费用超过1200美元，几乎相当于我的住宿费了。这笔费用本来应该退还的，但10天后，我不得不向信用卡提出异议。这笔费用竟然没有退还。真丢脸！我喜欢这家酒店，但我不会再去了。
