The bed was comfortable including the pillows. So comfy i wanted to take one home. 😁 But i didn't. Easy to get to. Right of the expressway. Really nice cause it was right across from m119 to the tunnel of Trees. Will definitely stay again.

Staff -particularly housekeeping - went above and beyond to help with a problem I had. My only criticism is that the parking lot REALLY needs better lighting.

Unfortunate Experience
This hotel was under renovation but it wasn't listed as such on the website. We noticed the lobbly was disrupted but it didn't prepare us for the rest. The external security door near our room was broken, key didn't work but door could be pulled open without it; there was no carpet, only raw concrete in the hallway; the window in the room (first floor) was open and lock was defective; the trim around room door leaked light on all sides; bathroom had mold around faucet and door wouldn't close all the way. Unfortunately, room was paid in advance and we arrived after the 4 pm no charge cancellation time. At check out, staff was aware the security door was broken "earlier that week" and said renovation was now posted on website. No discount was offered for condition of room/hotel, definitely not worth $275 per night (with tax, over $300). Would not recommend or stay there again.

Quick stay. Overall nice place. A bit pricey for mid week later evening arrival. Front desk associate was very patient and courteous.

We loved the new bathroom and newly decorated room. We were surprised there wasn't a closet or rod to hang up clothes, but it looked like they may have not been finished with the remodel.

The location was very good. The property itself is in poor condition, dilapidated furniture, dirty carpets, needs an urgent remodel. Expensive for what it is. No real breakfast, muffins and bagels, coffee.

And that is why in a few months we will start full. The breakfast bar is limited to what Choice wants us to serve to our guests, sorry we do not a full service breakfast bar.

Property is dingy and in need of upgrade. Also they could not find my reservation when I arrived. Older property with cobwebs and dripping faucets in my room
