This just didn’t feel like the quality I’m used to from Hyatt. The towels were like sandpaper. The bed slept ok. There were no microwaves in the room. They did have a small refrigerator which needed to be defrosted. The amount of ice in the freezer prevented us from using it to put ice packs in. It was ok but I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.
The breakfast was not appealing at all. Sorry.

The room was nothing like the photos. It was dirty, moldy, and extremely outdated, with spider webs covering the ceiling and torn, worn-down furniture. Even the towels were ripped, and the entire space had a strong, unpleasant odor. Overall, it was in terrible condition. If we hadn’t been in town for a scheduled event, we would have left immediately. The reception we received didn’t feel welcoming, so we didn’t feel comfortable raising our concerns. Truly a disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

We check int our hotel room. We arrived to the room with the A/C blasting on a 46 degree day. Our heating/AC unit was not working promply. We called the front desk and the handyman came to fix it while we were out. We came back to a warm room; however, we could not control the heat and we had to sleep in a room that was 77 degrees. We turned the unit off but it kept running. At check out we told the front desk staff, they took notes and said it would be fixed. I said that was fine but we were checking out and we did not get to sleep because of the room being too warm. All the staff offered was for me to join Hyatt honors system. Why would I want to be part of Hyatt. No sorries or comp for a night of no sleep on an important trip to Philly.

Rude check in person. Called about a crib he said he didn’t know call back in twenty minutes. Called back never answered. When we arrived he said he didn’t know so obviously there isn’t a crib available. Hair all over shower and in drain from person staying before.

这家酒店性价比很高,房间也挺大的。酒店位于普鲁士国王镇中心,离国王普鲁士购物中心非常近,打优步只要6-7美元就到了。
房间还行 空间感比较大 主要接近机场
一切都很棒。我唯一的建议是,肥皂和洗发水的香味可以更好闻一些。

前台服务员态度很好。但是当我在酒店门口问一个男经理停车的时候,他的态度很不友好,最后也没告诉我停车的地方。
