The hotel was not very clean, and the carpet throughout the property was worn and unpleasant. While the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, unfortunately the overall standard of cleanliness was disappointing.

Rooms need updating ~ armour was totally scratched/stained, the trim under frig was broken, sink stained & slow draining, shower door didnt quite fit/not a good seal so water was all over the floor and bath mat soaked.

The staff was accomodating to our disability needs. The property is well kept. Over all we had a comfortable stay in a clean room. It's worth the money.

CJ and his staff are wonderful. The breakfast in the morning is always hot, the rooms are quiet and I get great sleep. The only hotel I stay at in the Rockford area.

Hair still on floor in bathroom, rude front desk upon check in and check out, same guy, very little choice for breakfast, just eggs cereal, toast, not even orange juice

Check in was fine. The hallways were very dim with the walls and ceiling definitly showing their age. From the moment we opened the door to our room it smelled very damp and musty like an old basement. We were there for 2 nights and it never got any better with the air conditioner unable to keep upas well. The hallways as well as the downstairs was very warm and the selections for the so called hot breakfast were limited at best.
