The room was good. Paige the desk operator was helpful, and was a good representative for late at night, Tuesday 12/2 my cat went to vet early am. My room key did not work (not on purpose!?) I came back, made sure to put tag up not to disturb. I d go peered and had to get ready and leave. Left tag up. I came back and The room was entered and cleaned. Nothing was missing, I felt violated and unable to relax. Supposedly an accident?! Nope, with both occurs g it indicated my room was to be released and not rented 2nd day. Sorry really not comfortable with that happening, have stayed at Baymont before, but may not use agoin.

It’s always nice. Staff is great and we just enjoy the hotel overall. My husband and I stay there every time we go back home to visit.

Staff was very friendly room was extremely clean except for some spots on the outside portion of the tub as well as some spots inside the shower on the tile. Wish there was breakfast sandwiches and burritos in the fridge so we could take it up to our room and microwave them for breakfast.

Definitely modernized and improved compared to how it was years ago, per word of mouth. The room was spacious and very clean. The upkeep was done well and timely. Breakfast had a great selection. The staff was excellent.

Came to freshly cleaned room, staff was friendly they personally went upstairs and made sure room was ready when I arrived for checkin. Unfortunately we were not provided WiFi access and the only thing missing from breakfast was variety of fruit (there was oranges nothing else) overall will be staying again at next visit.

Clean rooms, super nice staff and the free breakfast was so delicious! Oh and my kids loved the pool! My family and I will definitely stay again in the future!

房间有股怪味，床单不干净，床单/床垫套侧面还有血迹。晚上11点，酒店让我自己换床单，我换了房间。新房间的洗手池没有热水。不过，床上用品很干净，闻起来也很清新。经历了这一切之后，App居然还让我给小费，这让我非常生气。
