My room was very clean, it had a kitchen, full size fridge, microwave and a small cooktop stove. I was next to an exit door which always sounded like someone was trying to open my door but they weren't. I would stay here again.

Hotel is just old and outdated. Peeling paint,
Stained sinks and counters, stains on shower curtain. Bed was uncomfortable and creaked.

The room was clean, but very dated and worn. The cabinets had doors falling off, the counter was stained, the pillows were so old we didn’t use them. Old and outdated shower and kitchenette. The stove was unsafe, burned and not clean.

Had to wait every time for someone at the front desk. When they did come it was as if we were the problem. The room had cobwebs in the corner.

They oversold the hotel and didn't give us a room and weren't the least bit helpful. The person in charge said take it up with *******. It's not their fault. First, the location did nto seem safe and there was a video recording of everything happening at the front desk. On top of that, the whole lobby reeked of cigarette smoke and there was an unsafe feel about the property. I had to call around and find another location on my own and other hotel receptionists were far more helpful in helping us find a room (one that was not at their property).

酒店一进门就弥漫着一股难闻的气味,房间里更是难闻。浴室水槽里全是黄色污渍,门把手也掉了。淋浴间也很脏,我都不想在里面洗澡了。因为在这家酒店感觉脏兮兮的,我根本睡不着觉。酒店里的人体验都很糟糕。如果不是这家酒店已经预付了房费,我肯定会换一家更舒服的酒店。
前台的那位男士撒谎说会帮我们改预订,结果却没有。后来我质问他,他竟然挂断了我的电话,还拿我女朋友流产的事开玩笑。真是恶心。
