The location was good for my needs.
The floor in the kitchen was sticky (not properly cleaned).
Needed to use the restroom when entering to check-in - was told "no public restrooms" - so I stated I needed to get to my room to use the restroom - during the whole check-in process (which took too long), it was not mentioned that there were restrooms steps away from the lobby, next to the elevator. I will be back to the area for business in the future - will make it a point not to stay there again.

Badly in need of updating, chipped paint and old furniture. Mattress was plastic covered.
Smelt bad, no glasses or utensils in room - had to ask for those separately. Had to wait over 15mins for some one to show up to check in.

Traveling with family can get expensive.The kitchen with full size fridge was a plus.We were able to make breakfast in the morning before heading out to explore the city.All in all the hotel was clean,quiet and close to where we wanted to be.Will definitely come back.

Awesome staff, room needs deep clean
Both of the ladies at the front desk during check-in and check-out were awesome. So nice and friendly! The room, not so great. The hair dryer plug was broken open and unusable; shower curtain bar coming out of the wall so curtain wouldn't stay closed; hair and dust build up on the top and bottom of the bathroom door, leaving a pile in the corner and a huge wad of something that moved back and forth with the door; water damage and dust stuck on top of bathrrom door, with water damaged ceiling; cabinets, appliances, and couch in sad shape or stained. Saving grace was the newer flooring throughout the main room and the bed and sleeping area seemed mostly fresh and well-maintained. Breakfast was available, but only coffee, tea, oatmeal packets, nutrigrain bars, and muffins. Was hoping for a piece of fruit or something, but better than nothing to keep from having to stop elsewhere.

It was supposed to be two queen beds, it was two doubles. The beds were very uncomfortable, the temperature in the room was either warm or ice cold. The shower was either cold or scolding hot. Will not be staying with this brand again.

We booked this room for 1 night as a pitstop for my family. I explained it was me and my husband, then 2 kids. I was given the extra bedding for the pull out couch but told there were no extra pillows. When we got to the room we saw there were only 3 pillows, not even enough for the each guest to have 1. The next morning, the breakfast choices were extremely limited. I thought there would at least be somentype of juice for the kids, but only coffee or hot water forntea.

The front desk person was particularly friendly and helpful. The property surroundings were very Serene and beautiful in the grounds were very well kept.
