We had to wait about fifteen minutes to be checked in. The front desk had sign that directed us to a courtesy phone. We saw none. The room was not clean. There was hair (not sure if it was human or animal hair) all over the bathroom.

The hotel itself was not clean, there was moldy food in the trashcan in a room that was to have just been cleaned. There were no cups no coffee or tea. The cabinets were all peeling and chipped. The air conditioner did not work properly and needed a battery in the remote. The room key took eight or 10 times to open the door. The workers were relatively rude. You could not use the public bathroom in the lobby. The hallway smelled like dogs. I can say, however, that the bed was comfy and the towels were nice.

I received a call at 3pm saying that they were unable to honor my room reservation with 2 beds. I told them I needed 2 beds and would need to cancel. I made other arrangements more than an hour out of my way. I was then charged even though they canceled on me!

On arrival staff didn't seem to eager to help with check in. Hotel needs a renovation soon. Room was quite dated, closet door missing. Having to go to the front desk to ask for kitchen wear that wasn't present in the room. Dripping bathroom faucet did annoy while sleeping. Bedroom storage was damaged. Would not recommend to anyone.

The location was good for my needs.
The floor in the kitchen was sticky (not properly cleaned).
Needed to use the restroom when entering to check-in - was told "no public restrooms" - so I stated I needed to get to my room to use the restroom - during the whole check-in process (which took too long), it was not mentioned that there were restrooms steps away from the lobby, next to the elevator. I will be back to the area for business in the future - will make it a point not to stay there again.

Badly in need of updating, chipped paint and old furniture. Mattress was plastic covered.
Smelt bad, no glasses or utensils in room - had to ask for those separately. Had to wait over 15mins for some one to show up to check in.

Traveling with family can get expensive.The kitchen with full size fridge was a plus.We were able to make breakfast in the morning before heading out to explore the city.All in all the hotel was clean,quiet and close to where we wanted to be.Will definitely come back.
