Late check- in means driving to another hotel as service desk. Amenities decent and great for an overnight. Didn't try the free Waterpark.

Was one of the rudest worst trips I’ve had in my life Life. They laughed at me they’d belittled me. They wouldn’t even give us coffee.

Service was great. The lady at the desk let us check in a little early. Staff was very kind and helpful. Beds were a little uncomfy but otherwise clean.

I wasted money and was lied to about a “lake view.” This hotel is NOT on the lake. When I opened the window curtain, we were looking at another hotel, and behind that, was the lake.
I would have never booked here knowing this, nor would I of paid extra for the “lake view.” I don’t know why there are multiple pictures of this hotel on the lake, it is NOT. Our bathroom had mold all on the floor, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broke, and they used cheap Amazon ***** lights in the room. We checked in late and had to walk to another hotel to do so.
The only positive is that we were able to park at the hotel and walk across the street to the ferry.

去的时候是晚上，要去附近其他酒店办理入住，没什么人打理，也没有什么设施，能带宠物不额外收费，勉强不脏
椅子很脏，家具过时了，还有很多刮痕。
太棒了!!!!!!
醒来发现一堆施工现场，床单脏兮兮的，泳池和水上乐园中午才开放，我们付费入住的湖景房也不太好，房间里的咖啡也很难喝。他们不肯再给我们枕头或咖啡奶精，我们的手机甚至连线都没有。整个酒店都弥漫着一股怪味。
