对于这个价格来说,离机场很近,夏天人手不足,但总体还不错。可以再多招些员工。
这家机构的网站上有一些令人印象深刻的照片,但这些照片很可能是几年前拍摄的。每个房间的状况都令人震惊,显示出混乱和疏于管理的状态。卫生部门应该调查此事,并可能要求关闭该机构。业主解释说,由于天气恶劣,新来的清洁工缺席,但这不足以解释场所内发现的大量污秽和污垢。
这真是浪费我的金钱和时间,现在想想真希望我多花点钱住隔壁的万豪酒店,也许他们的服务会更好。只要知道Red Rood Inn,我以后再也不会在你们连锁店的任何地方订房间了。你们应该为你们员工的糟糕表现感到羞愧。
我和儿子去办理入住时,发现整个酒店一片狼藉。窗户都破了,还用木板封住了。我们办理入住后,他们带我们去了房间。我们进去后,发现床也坏了,地板上还有脏尿布。我拒绝入住,并要求退款。他们说会退款。然后他们就给我的卡发了一张零扣款的收据。我不得不另找一家酒店。这绝对是最糟糕的体验,我非常失望。
我预订了两间带两张大床的房间,结果却换到了一间带特大床的房间,浴室简直糟糕透了,马桶底下会漏水,浴缸脏兮兮的,还生锈了。我深夜才到,别无选择,只想睡觉。我实在太恶心了,没法洗澡。那房间跟我网上预订时看到的完全不一样。
不得不换了两次房间,但仍然难以忍受。这价格根本不值,我绝对不会再住了。他们真的应该退款给我。第一个房间/一晚根本没睡着,马桶不停地漏水,房间脏得要命。第二个房间好一点,但空调坏了,马桶又开始漏水了。换到第三个房间,被恐怖的尖叫声惊醒!到现在都不知道是人叫还是动物叫。绝对是我住过的最糟糕的酒店!网上的照片虽然没有让我抱有太高的期望,但仍然非常不准确。房间里的家具破旧、缺失或无法使用。工作人员尽力了,但还是不够。
房间刚粉刷过,但确实需要清洁。角落里满是灰尘和污垢。油漆工至少应该清理一下柜台/家具上的污渍。没有清洁服务。真不知道我每晚100多美元都花到哪儿去了。当然,在房间里吸烟是要收费的,但大堂里烟味很重。我们来这里出差,因为没有其他选择,所以住在这里,但以后会尝试找其他地方住。
房间钥匙坏了,换了个房间,没有遥控器(卫星电视坏了),然后不得不要厕纸。凌晨3点被一个女人的尖叫声吵醒。我们的儿子最后没去酒店,而是住在他哥哥家。
