The staff was nice and accommodating. With that being said the room we checked into had some cleanliness issues, especially the shower. There was gunk in between the tiles, and also in between the drain and the tiles. There was also hair all over the the shower. We asked for a room swap and they counter lady was more then willing to accommodate. Then the second room the matress kept moving on the frame. It just slides from side to side on the frame because there is nothing to keep it in place.

The hotel has poor hygiene. There insect and roaches in the room no customer service it’s a lot not a choice for any future trips. Management needs to re drawn

Hotel has been updated, it was clean and comfortable. The only slight downside for me was I had to get the front desk personnel to let me in the fitness center as the key card access points were not working and the first day neither treadmill was operational

That is what service should be!!!
The rooms were good and clean. But the service!! They don't want to talk to you or do anything to help. Breakfast items not refilled even once. Ice maker broken! Not a single machine in the gym working. Not one!! Even the weights. See the pictures.

I had a 5 night stay here. I had never stayed at a Best Western. This was a pleasant surprise. I liked it.
Like any hotel, you need to do your own cleaning but very good. The lobby smells wonderful, if only the rooms smelled just as nice. Many guys hanging around in front of the building at night is a bit concerning but I carry pepper spray. Receptionist was nice, not too warm and fuzzy. Beds very comfy. It was very quiet which was appreciated. Overall I felt comfortable and safe. I’m glad I stayed here.

Suspicious knock on room door
Someone was knocking on my room door about 2am for unknown reasons. Got up to see who but female person left.
