The key card machine was broken, so we did not get room keys. The bed was full of food crumbs. The floor had food crumbs swept under the desk, and there was toothpaste all over the sink. We packed up our things within an hour and left after asking the front desk for a refund due to the room being completely filthy. The front desk said he would complete the refund process through ******* and refused to give me a refund or receipt. I called approximately 4 hours after leaving and spoke with the front desk, and he said the room was clean and that he would not issue a refund. As I was asking to speak with his boss or the manager, the front desk hung up on me. This was a completely unsatisfactory result, and I will never book with Comfort Inn again. I would give this 0 Stars if that were an option. I would advise people not to stay at this hotel

I made this reservation through *******. I was disappointed with this facility. It did have a great location. I am not sure if this particular time was a down time as far as the season, but this location was pretty much do your own service with this stay. There was no housekeeping service. No changing of the sheets, no making the beds, no clean towels, no restocking of the supplies and no trash removal from the rooms. All of those tasks were the responsibility of the folks who paid for the room. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone. I have stayed at Comfort Inns before and they were nothing like this experience. There are many motels around this location and I will chose a different facility the next time I am in this area. There were many signs posted at the front lobby stating all of the do’s and do not’s. I thought that I was in an elementary school. In addition, in order to get an employee at the front desk, one had to dial the phone and call, in order to get some assistance. Rod Serling would have had a field day with this place.

Hotel was nice. Rooms decently clean. But housekeepers not friendly. Housekeeper lived on property and made me feel awful about my super young kids being a little rambunctious. (When we arrived later at night we had just got off a 6 hour drive and kids were restless.) she was living in the room below us. Threw a fit the next morning about noise and what not. Even tho rooms are advertised as "sound proof"

The owner was a nightmare the room seemed okay until I pulled back the blankets on the bed. The place is disgusting, the owner harassed me and was inappropriate.
