Comfortable
First room we got the bathroom was old and rusted fixtures. Toilet wouldn’t flush so I asked to be moved. No problem after that. New room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very nice.

Room smelled of excessive rug powder, covering animal smells. "White" wash cloths were brown, ripped carpet, and there was something dark in color smudged down the front of the toilet. I took pics of it all.

Our stay during the Virginia State Skeet Champions
There were a bunch of individuals on our floor that were raising Cane up and down the hallway, slamming doors which made the windows in our room. Two nights of no sleep.

酒店回复: I apologize for your unpleasant experience at our hotel. Did you notify the front desk regarding the noise? We would have told them either stay in your room and quiet down or you will be asked to leave the property. If notified, we have no problem evicting guest from the property. Sometimes we don't hear the noise. Being it was on the second floor, the front desk should have heard the noise. The front desk attendant that was on duty, usually takes charge of anything that could be disruptive to our guest being able to get a good nights sleep. I don't know how she didn't hear the noise. I will speak to her about the complaint.

Elevator
The elevator door was acting wacky. Didn't want to close properly. Almost changed hotels because it would have been hard for my elderly mother to climb stairs.

酒店回复: Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at our hotel. The elevator was not acting whacky. It door racks like that due to us increasing the closing time from 3 seconds to 10 seconds. Between the housekeeping staff taking so long to get their carts in the elevator and some guest taking too long to get the luggage cart in elevator, it went into saftey mode so many times it burned up a $3000. dollar circuit board. The elevator technician suggested increasing the hold time on the door, so thqat is what we did. We may decrease the hold open time to 6 seconds but if the elevator goes unto safety mode too many times we will have to increase it to 10 seconds to avoid damaging the circuit again. Our elevatior is inspected yearly and can be viewed at the entry door to the elevator. We also have our techniciasn come and does a monthly inspection. I hope this eases your mind regarding our elevator. We appreciat your business and we hope you will visit us again.

The property was very clean but our room was not the best. The bathroom had rust spots on the tub. The ceiling looked as if it had mold in different areas. It also had a smell. I've stayed there many times but this was the worst

Property is old and need of repairs. The air conditioning unit was dirty and damaged piece falling off of the unit. There was a problem with bugs as well. The carpet had a misty smell and the bathroom needed to replaced rusted and water damage on the faucets. I am very disappointed with the overall condition of this comfort Inn. I will not stay at another hotel called the comfort Inn. Adelaide Turner.

Helpful staff
Switched rooms due to an odor in the first room. Staff was very helpful and immediately moved us when we asked.
