Pool closed and not infirmed at booking, i would have gone elsewhere.
They could have brought lounge chsirs out to grassy area. I v was told i could still sit near pool but locked up.
Air conditioned did not cool.
Bed was horrible!!!!
My door handle fell off in my hand!
Will probably never vook there again.

太糟糕的经历了。这家酒店又脏又乱，地板超级脏，还有臭虫，床单上有血迹，到处都是头发，我根本没法睡觉。
早上五点闹钟响了，这虽然是意想不到的情况，但工作人员一点都不帮忙。
我问他们要柜台后面的消毒湿巾，他们不给我，那个男的还说我很粗鲁，然后把湿巾扔进了垃圾桶。
这真的是一次创伤性的经历，我现在正通过订房平台等待退款。
我不要任何优惠券，我只想拿回我的钱。我全身都是臭虫咬的包，现在还被困在这里了。
