The room was clean and bed was good. They added a second charge on my credit card. The man at the desk was not helpful and got defensive and walked away from the counter when I told him the charge was sneaky. The manager was at the desk when I checked out and he refunded the extra charge when I told him I was very unhappy about it.

Awakened many times by trains nearby. Was assigned to the loudest room in the hotel right next to the elevator after requesting a quiet room.

When you check in they send you a text asking if you need anything… don’t bother they don’t respond.. I asked for 1 more pillow. 2 people one room and 3 pillows. 100% of the time any other place would be sure.. no problem… they never responded. That’s ok.. came back from dinner and the I would guess is the night auditor? Was on her phone I asked, excuse me, can I please have one more pillow.. didn’t even look up or hesitate.. nope… there were less than a dozen people staying… hard to believe…

Good room at a very low price.
Very clean and comfortable room. Only draw backs were the very bright lights out front and the small breakfast area.Nice folks at front desk. Beds vary comfortable.

Best Super 8 I’ve ever been to!
I have never been to a better Super 8. The hospitality was over the top amazing. The hotel was very clean and updated. Very comfortable and so spacious. I was very impressed!

In order to get a room with a door that opens from the parking lot, its an extra $10/night. Breakfast was very minimal and left us hungry - didn't even have the standard waffle machine that most do.
