Does not deserve any stars. 827978944 The first room had a 3/4" gap around the A/C unit that let light, bugs and wind. 2nd room ....No towels, dirty refrigerator, smeared mirrors, used soap in bathroom, dirt in corners of bathroom and hair on the pillows on the bed. We asked for our money back for 4 nights and were told no refunds. The desk clerk was part zombie and no manager on duty. He could not give out the manager's name or contact info. We called our CC company and left. We called Motel 6 corporate line and left a scathing review of the place. If we do not get our money refunded. Next complaint is to BBB. DO NOT STAY IN THIS DUMP. This is a franchise motel and needs to have the franchise pulled. Go on down the road and stay at a much nicer place. I filed a complaint with the Health Department. After 2 or 3 weeks, the manager finally called me and refunded my money. We never occupied this filthy room

The room smelled. I developed a rash on my leg and had itching. Food on outdoor window. Nothing like the pictures on trip advisor. Assuming those are stock photos. I would not recommend this place. Had reservation but the room was not ready at 5pm. Found out several rooms not ready and housekeeping went home.

I booked two rooms through Priceline. It happened to be the weekend the PGA tour was in Tulsa and every hotel was full. I arrived at 3:00 only to be told they only had one room available instead of two even though I had a confirmation number showing two rooms that I provided her. She said she didn’t have rooms to accommodate me and I needed both rooms. She was rude and very unhelpful. I cancelled the reservation and had to book for where else at a much higher rate. My $270 weekend turned into $740 for two rooms at the local La Quinta. No apologies from anyone and no offers to assist. I immediately called corporate when I got home It took almost an hour in home to get through to someone at customer service. I was then transferred a dozen times. A case was opened and they told me I would hear something soon. Never did. Called back to be told I would hear an answer in five days. Never did. Finally called back in July and was told they asked the hotel manager who said they had rooms and didn’t know why I said they refused to rent me two rooms. So of course the customer service corporate office believed the hotel manager and refused to compensate me the added cost of the last minute booking at Laquita as I had been told they would do. Again no apologies and no offers to help. I don’t need to stay at a motel 6 any time again. I will find a better cleaner friendlier more helpful place where I don’t get robbed by their incompetence.

The lobby when going in did not look too bad. But in the room the microwave did not get hot or even warm. The fridge did not work. There were stains on the blankets and my husband killed a couple of roaches in the bathroom. The shower was dirty, so we did not use it. We were traveling and were tired and the Hampton next door was full so was slept there to rest and left early. I told the on-duty manager about the roaches, and he stated they had just had the building sprayed. Told him about the appliances not working he stated no one ever told him they were not working. I hope I never have to stay there again. Go at your own risk. Stay there only in an emergency.
