It was clean and more quiet then normally and I didn’t see any roaches crawling around. They need new toilet seats

Very out dated ...dirty ...over whelming smells ...weird flashing light on and off in the room close to the floor all night ..will not be staying there again creepy

Alarms ringing... Literally.
Beds were rock hard, pool was green, we killed a roach in the bathroom, shower was lukewarm, floors were sticky. When we arrived, the smoke detector our room was beeping because of a dead battery. We informed the front desk and someone came in and just hit the reset button. It started beeping again at 5:30 in the morning and woke me up. Overall, my teenage daughter and I (a woman who has lived in some rough areas in my life) did not feel safe. Will not return.

Too many people slamming doors and random people knocking on your door in the middle of the night and you can’t walk out of your room without someone asking for something. Police called to the location 2 times in 3 days.

Hell hole.
Room was absolutely filthy. Small roaches. Holes in sheets. Noisy ac. Drafty gap in the door. Filthy sticky floor. Microwave was disgusting.
The whole property is a mess. Grass is tall. Trash everywhere.
Guys running the desk didn't care at all. They got mad at me when I said the place was dirty.

The overall price was affordable. I should have known when the rooms were smoking rooms that they would be in the condition they were in. The bed was hard as hell

这家酒店很糟糕。房间不干净，到处都是蟑螂，地板很脏（我丈夫从客房部拿了一把扫帚来打扫我们的房间），淋浴的热水几乎不热，水槽里没有热水，马桶座上布满了香烟烫痕，污渍斑斑，很脏。房间里的电话坏了，所以当需要前台服务时，我们不得不走到办公室寻求帮助。工作人员既不友好也不专业。
房间里到处都是蟑螂。蟑螂在床上爬来爬去。我要求退款，她指着标牌说不退款。我让她打电话给经理，因为我不可能和蟑螂一起睡觉，他们会退还我的钱。她打了电话，他们就退款给我了。
预订。但由于个人原因我想取消飞机预订，我无法旅行，他们也没有确认我的取消，而且这距离预订后不到 1 小时。
