Staff went out of their way to make sure we were checked in early to get ready for the wedding which was half an hour away. We made it in time and had a great time.

We were traveling to Georgia. The hotel was very easy to reach off of rt 85. Very clean friendly staff. We will use this hotel for future trips

When checking in, the man at the desk didn't acknowledge I was standing there. He continued looking at the computer for at least 5 min. without a word. Although, the staff was very kind and friendly with my pet. The room was dirty with hair in the sink, floor and tub. The shower was molded the edges.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean. Amenities were adequate. In some ways hotel was “dated” but did not take away from a comfortable 3 days stay.
I would stay here again when I come down to visit my family.

Th hotel is dirty and worn out. The mattress had a huge sink hole, and was dirty. I had to kill a roach in my room.
The people are nice but the the hotel needs a major cleaning, and restoration.

The location of this hotel was perfect. A short drive to wineries and breweries. We found a great spot for dinner called The Olde Welle Tavern, about a 10 minute drive to the hotel. It had GREAT food and live music. The hotel is clean and modernized. Highly recommend!

Stayed on a Wednesday night and it was very clean, quiet and new. Staff very friendly and helpful.
If it wasnt for bad caulk job around the tub i would have rated it higher. If one hotel chain could focus on this detail it would set them apart from others...

We stayed here in April and the back door lock was broken. We were told it is fixed this time and it was not. We stay here because it is near our family but if the lock to the door outside in the back is not fixed we will stay somewhere else the next time. The room is clean and staff is friendly. We didn't eat breakfast there. Many places to eat around the Inn and shopping too.
