The mattresses worn, lumpy and extremely uncomfortable and the pillows flat and useless. There was some type of substance smeared on the lampshade that resembled fecal matter and the heater gave off an unpleasant oder when running.

Kind of dirty. Smelled like mildew. Bed and pillows were awful. Weird flashing lights in ceiling. 2nd night lady was barely at desk. Had to call to get her to come to desk to help. People were smoking at front door. Had to walk through smoke.

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Just in my room the mattress had a liner on it which every time I moved it made noises. Most Extended Stay all ready have the basics in the room. Dishes, pans, dish soap . But this one didn't have nothing. You had to request it to be brought to the room and that's if they had it available

我最近入住了 Extended Stay America – Chicago – Schaumburg – I-90 酒店,总体来说体验非常好。
这一片区域是比较安全舒适的,周围有很多的酒店,这个酒店算是性价比很高的,里面虽然有微波炉,但是实际上没有锅碗,那些东西也用不了,早餐就是桌子上放了一些麦片饼干咖啡,不是那种可以坐下来吃的早餐
接客最悪。
酒店位置距离芝加哥市区比较远. 房间空间很大. 虽然有冰霜 微波炉等 但酒店设施很旧. 感觉不太干净.房间很大一股烟味. 虽说包早餐 但选择东西不多. 只是咖啡和蛋糕而已. 估计不会再入住
客户服务不专业,房间不干净,有蟑螂的味道,我们换了 6 个房间才满意
