Older hotel with older carpeted rooms, very gross to walk on. No wood or tile flooring. Staff seamed nice.

Photos over promised vs actual hotel when we arrived. Room door facing outward into parking lot reminded me of a Motel 6. They do the best they can, bed springs probably ended their useful life sometime in the last millennia - sure were sinkers. .

The room was decent, but definitely not worth what we paid. It's in desperate need of an upgrade. This hotel has high ratings for their breakfast, but unfortunately were not able to enjoy it. We went to breakfast around 9:30 and were told the breakfast area was closed. The lady did offer to let us get a to-go plate, but there didn't seem to be enough for 5 people. We've stayed at plenty of hotels and all see to serve breakfast until 10. The attendant at check-in was not very friendly or welcoming. She wasn't exactly rude, but maybe could use a refresher on hospitality/customer service skills.

If I could rate it lower I would we didn't end up staying after check in because we discovered BED BUGS in our room!! The staff didn't care and told me I had to sleep in the room until the morning when the

Room was clean. Breakfast was not explained at ch we ck in. Tried to check out early and was told they couldn't do it. I messaged the property and still have not had any response from them.

Grass around the pool was very high. One pillow had black Ashy looking junk on it, the room wasn't absolutely filthy, but it lacked some cleaning. The sidewalks had litter on them, hmm

Only problem was the toilet hard to plush and almost overflowed at one problem. Notified staff and they acted quickly to assist in resolving issue.
