Room was clean and comfortable. Most of the usb outlets didn't work to charge our phones we had to share the one that did work. Check in staff was great and easy.

Our stay was wonderful! We were greeted with some of the best customer service. We had no problems with our rooms or accommodations. The hotel is close to many different place to eat and was equipped with their own little cafe.

It’s overall pretty clean, staff is usually friendly and professional. Stayed here a few times. They have enormous parking so much so, you can’t park to go anywhere else around the city streets near by. Which is irritating. Most rooms only have a shower which I prefer bath tubs, so overall experience is a solid 3/5 could do better could do worse.

浴室的水龙头没有把手，一打开就漏水，水溅得到处都是；台面上也不太干净，有饮料渍；房间里因为空调坏了，又热又闷；而且因为窗户整晚都开着，所以噪音很大。我们到的时候，等了好几分钟才有人来前台，让我们怀疑自己是不是找错了地方。
空调开着就发现它停在房间角落里。淋浴喷头溅得到处都是水，而且关不掉。技术人员在浴室地板上留下了脏兮兮的鞋印。我要牙刷，被告知没有，第二天一对夫妇再要才拿到。没有卷纸盒。这是我住过的最糟糕的酒店，我平时不写评论的。
空调坏了，没有瓶装水，甚至连饮水机都没有。我只能去健身中心灌水。也没有欧陆式早餐。其他一切都还好。
地理位置不错，员工也很热情，但是酒店状况很差。整个酒店破败不堪，需要彻底翻新——考虑到价格，性价比极低。
很遗憾，我们预订的套房很脏，几乎没有任何家具，而且床非常不舒服。
