Excellent stay. Room and hotel very clean. Breakfast in the morning was way better than expected and the staff were all on point.. organized, friendly, helpful.
We travelled with a child and originally booked a suite room we thought had a separate living area (for our daughter to sleep) but it was only a single room with a jacuzzi tube, but the staff helped us upgrade to the room we wanted.
The hot tubs were broken but the pool was warm and clean.

Very nice hotel! Clean, things looked new, great breakfast! BUT… seeing that there were maybe 20 cars in the parking, knew the hotel wasn’t full. Seems like there would be no reason that the room above ours would have to be given to someone. They arrived in the room just after 1am… loud talking and laughing. Then, I’m sure they brought in their pet elephant! Loud thumping back and forth across the room… must not have gotten their 10,000 steps in yet! This went on for what seemed all night but was actually sometime around 3am when it got quiet. Tonight, at a different hotel on our road trip, we asked for a room on the top floor with no one above us!!!

Everyone was great! The place was nice and clean. The only issue we had, which wasn’t to big of a deal. Was the bed sheet seemed to small for the mattress, so it kept coming off the corners every time you moved on the bed. Other than that it was great.

I will start with the good. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was large and clean. The hotel itself also was very clean. However, the whole facility was a bit dated.
Now for the negative. The pillows on the bed were small and not dense enough. Basically very little support for your head at night. The bottom sheet which goes over the mattress was not the correct size and kept pulling off as you moved in bed at night. The buffet breakfast that was provided in the morning was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Most of the products were cheap and of poor quality. The oatmeal was not premade. It was from an envelope that you poured hot water over. The eggs that were served in the morning were powered. The only fresh fruit offered were bananas. The juice was very cheap and sugary. Basically poor quality.
For a Radisson establishment I would expect much better.
