Other than the room being reasonably clean, the rest of the hotel had a lot to be desired. They do not have blow dryers in the room. You need to get it from the front desk and make sure to return it after your stay or you’ll be charged a fee to have the cleaning staff return it for you. The kitchenette had nothing in it. If you want to cook or heat something up, you again need to go to the front desk and get it to bring to your room. The only cutlery is plastic throw away spoon knives and forks. No utensils to actually cook with. There is no phone in the room. So if there’s a problem, you again need to go down to the front desk. The pool and jacuzzi are unusable. Not only is the water black in the jacuzzi but you need to be able to reach over a fence that is at least 6’ tall to unlatch the gate leading to that area. Most people, including the front desk person can’t do that. So you can’t get in or out of that area unless you’re over 6’ tall.

Dont waste your money here
Very dirty rooms and outdoor play areas, broken fencing, broken green hot tub. I have seen spiders here and there in hotels but never small bugs that scared me!! When we arrived our Ac was broke we did get another room and they replaced the entire unit and we were in the bigger room the next night which was nice but we didn't get any money comped back to us or anything. This hotel carried a smell on the floor that was horrid. The carpet needs to go and when we got in our room you could tell they did not vacuum or change our bed covers, it had stuff on it from the last visitor. This is the first hotel of many I have ever gave a bad report and the owner deserves it. The breakfast was absolutely horrible and not enough muffins,yogurts for the guests. They might have set out 5 and when gone that was it. I find it kind of funny they wont let me add my photos down below.. take that as another red flag for this place.

It’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel and I complained because one room next to mine were smoking grass and the smell was all over

Overall the property was clean and well kept, but the ac unit in the bedroom wasn’t working properly. It would randomly shut off and had to keep restarting it. Very inconvenient and didn’t get much rest because of it.

Very disappointed the hot tub was not working. Website indicated no issues when I booked, that was the #1 reason I booked with this hotel was that it indicated a hot tub.
