Kelly notified me that the reservation I made through a third party overbooked so she proactively set me up with the Comfort Inn’s sister property. She called me to explain and was super helpful!

Room service was pounding on our door in the very early hours of the morning and then once again at 9 am. Place had a terrible smell and the room had moisture issues. Bugs in the bathtub also. I’ve been to nice comfort inns but this place was terrible. Also will mention the slow service when we checked in at 2 am and were tired

Not very female friendly, definitely not clean.

I had to stay here for a short business trip. I was clearly the only female traveler staying here. The parking lot was full of work fleet trucks. Both nights the parking lot and smoking area were filled with our of town work crews drinking beer. My room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. My bed was pretty comfortable and the AC actually worked very well. Service at the front desk were helpful and polite.

Unfortunately I could smell the how damp the property is immediately upon entering the lobby. It then became worse once I went into the room. The bathroom was worst of all and smelled like an old wet sponge. The sheets felt damp due to the moisture.

I recommend dehumidifiers through the building.

I feel bad about this review, because the staff was super friendly, but they need to do something.

We needed a pet friendly hotel and used the pet friendly option in the filter only to find out when we were attempting to check in that they did not allow pets, so we had to find another hotel and lost our money as well.
