Staff was very friendly and welcoming however the bedroom was dirty. Bed had hair on the pillows and the bedsheets. Dusty and lint on the baseboards. Walls with handprints. Requested a different room and was given one with stains on the linen but at least they were clean

This was handy from the highway, great for us arriving late at night. Found a bit of mold in the bath. Their plumber struggled installing the P-trap correctly in the second sink.

I didn’t like that I didn’t get the room I paid for, there were stains on the bed, I felt unsafe, checked out within 45 minutes.

Do not stay here!! Checked in and put my suitcase in the room and then went to get a quick bite to eat before bed. The staff is incredibly rude, brash, and unprofessional. Had been traveling all day and was exhausted- when I went to crawl into the bed, the sheets were stained and there was long hair all in the sheets and comforter. Definitely had not been washed or cleaned. When I went to the front desk to see if I could get a different room or even just clean sheets, they pretty much called me a liar, yet refused to come see the room/sheets! I was exhausted so I said forget it and that I’d just sleep on top of the comforter- went back to my room and laid there but was so mad about how I was treated I couldn’t sleep, so I ended up just leaving and not even sleeping at the hotel. Total waste of money and disgusting hotel!

I have to admit the room was as expected considering the price was so cheap but one could hope for a slightly better accommodations. I couldn't tell if the sheets were dirty or just stained. There were weird tar stains across the floor. The toilet moved when you sat down. The lid was left open as if some guy had just urinated in it. Before I checked in. There was only one towel in a double queen room. When I went upstairs the lights in the stairway were out. There were greasy fingerprints on the walls.
Pros, at least the AC unit works. However, who knows when somebody had cleaned the filters last.

Advertised fridge and microwave.....was there 4 nights only housekeeping service was a towel a day and it was dirty.....no trash out
Parking lot is terrible....fell broke arm

The area is a great location. But the check in guy has poor customer service. The room was big but only bare basics. The matress is flat. the pillows flat. The sheets stained. Tje floor had lots of little trash. The pool not on. The laundry room was a mess. Check out again no customer service. No thank you nothing
这里对宠物来说是个完美的住处，但是床后面的墙壁油漆都剥落了，门上还有脏兮兮的手印，而且床硬得像石头一样。
不过，他们居然在冰球揭幕战那天晚上提供了ESPN频道！真是太棒了！
脏乱、气味难闻，地段很差，外面还有流浪汉，感觉既不舒服也不安全。如果只付钱的话，还可以接受。但如果只是普通的晚上，那就不安全了。
绝佳的地点，非常干净、漂亮，价格也很合理；舒适安静。
