The staff was great but the condition of the property is awful. My room smelled weird and there were roaches and bugs that fly out of the sink drain. I also don't like that there is no live staff at night, just a video link to an overseas service rep. There's nobody available for reporting problems to at night. I will never stay here again. The photos misrepresented the property.

Yes, weird checkin. Tv was not working properly, could not change channels. Dead cockroaches on the shower ceiling.

Awful experience! This place is SO run down, SUCH an uncomfortable bed, did not feel safe parking or walking to the room. Breakfast was a joke.
