I always have liked staying at this Hotel, Very Clean and Every Single person is very nice, 👍🙂 Especially the front desk... I only wish I could let my pup , jump in the pool, but I Completely understand why he can't!!! Just a Great place to stay , for the price 🤗

Horrible hotel and management! How do you change someone booking the day before and not even call and let them know, then once I check in after driving 7 hours they still didn’t tell me. I get to my room to find out my king suite had been changed by the manager and I was given a regular queen room! The manager was put on speaker phone at the front desk where she stated the rain had cause a leak in my king suite and that was the reason why it was changed. The best part is the next day I asked multiple employees about the leaking room and they stated it was all a lie and nothing was leaking. Then the manger also stated on the phone that someone had somehow used her log in to change my booking. I found out that was another lie. I asked for a refund from them and they stated none of them had the authorization to give a refund only the owner could do that.( I had paid up front in full through the app). Of course he wouldn’t even answer the phone for me or call me back nor answer the corporate choice team that I contact. Horrible horrible experience not to mention bad breakfast and people getting stuck in the elevators. Bad management all around. The elevator company that finally came stated the hotel would not even pay them their check for the work they had done. The room ok but needed some repairs. Still 5 days later and haven’t heard a word from the owner. I was also there for 2 days and never seen a house keep or got fresh clean towels and wash cloths. Don’t leave a bad review they will text you and call you a lier!!

I save 5 stars for luxury places. This was just a place to stay for a few hours on a roadtrip. It was a good stay with comfortable rooms and bedding. It was nothing fancy but certainly adequate. They had a diverse breakfast choices including hot food. It was good. .

Facility with great potential yet abandoned to a lack of management and quality, depending in cheap unqualified labor to keep up a large hotel. Beds are full off bugs (bed bugs), sheets and pillows are not replaced daily, pillows smell bad, clearly no professional cleaning, no inspection and renovations are done by cheap labor, trying to paint over dirty and grease or hide the disgrace with irresponsible works. The prototype of a once great hotel, now a growing nest of disgraces

Possibly the nicest and most clean Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at. Room was spectacular, great shower, and comfy bed. I highly recommend this motel! The rooms were plenty large and quiet. I can’t think of a single complaint about anything.

Nice hotel in a convenient location- comfortable beds, friendly staff and a complimentary breakfast- Nice building to walk around if you like taking laps before bed. There is also an outdoor pool- and a well lit parking lot. I would stay here again!

This is my go-to hotel in Conover; I've probably stayed 6-8 times. Certainly not 5-stars, but a solid 3, with some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. The place could use a spruce-up -- hall carpets need work, stairways need paint and minor maintenance, rooms are clean but could use a deep clean. But all is well, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, and coffee and tea are available 24/7. It's also 7 miles from my parents' house, so convenient, and near to convenience stores, restaurants, and I-40. The fact many families use it, and lineman crews, and maintenance crews, is probably due to the location and the staff.
