Room looks very old. I booked three rooms and they gave me rooms on three different floors for same family members.

The room was clean and comfortable if a bit outdated. Staff was great, breakfast was horrible.

The hotel is currently undergoing major renovations, starting with the parking lot. Management mentioned that interior work will begin once the outside is complete. While the improvements are much needed, guests should be made more aware of the ongoing construction since it does impact the overall experience. That said, I believe once the renovations are finished, this hotel has the potential to be a great place to stay again.

I appreciate the breakfast options, and the proximity to the airport, the only suggestions I would make would be to please upgrade your carpets (the first one I was booked into was wet and smelt moldy near the AC unit). The concierge did change me to a better room (thank you). The second suggestion I would make is to have shuttle to IAD be 24 hours a day. I booked the hotel specifically due to the airport shuttle service, only to find out it was only 9am-9pm (my flight was at 7am and I had to get an Uber to the airport). Update your carpets and shuttle services, please. Thank you.

We stayed at the Comfort suite for 8 days and the condition of the hotel was horrible. There was so much mold everywhere not clean and had lots of bed bugs. My family displaced due to house fire and the front desk advised to trash all of your belongings. We did not receive any compensation for the pain and suffering and on top they charged us for additional night……this place is not clean and the staff is extremely rude and unfriendly…… !!!
这大概是我第一次住万怡酒店,也很可能是最后一次。我已经就我的入住体验打过电话了,我不要免费住宿,我只希望至少能退回我一晚的房费。由于早餐吧太恶心了,我根本没法使用酒店设施。我孩子在泳池里脚被烫伤了,泳池边地上居然直接放着pH值调节剂之类的化学品,我三岁的孩子差点就能碰到了。床睡得我腰酸背痛,衣柜门上有好几个破洞,我的房门把手也不好用,有一次我被锁在门外了,而且每次出门的时候,都需要晃动一下门把手里面才能锁上,把门完全关好。我住这里是因为离我工作的地方近,而且网上的评价也还不错,但经历了这次以后,我想我还是会继续选择希尔顿或万豪吧。
办理入住的客服服务非常好。第一个问题是,我们入住的房间空调坏了,没有暖气,只有冷气。他们给我们换了房间。但是新房间的空调有一股很重的烟味。
第二个问题是,床上的枕头太小了,跟沙发靠垫一样。我整晚脖子都疼。

我们在这里住了 3 晚,参观史密森尼国家航空航天博物馆 (Udvar-Hazy)。
杜勒斯机场、博物馆和酒店之间的免费班车服务非常有用。
请在抵达时致电我们,以安排机场接机服务。
虽然是免费的,但我还是给了几美元作为小费。
早餐自助餐很标准,有三道热菜,三种面包,热华夫饼,酸奶,当日水果,咖啡,果汁等。
温水游泳池、热水按摩浴缸和健身角非常舒适。
工作人员和司机都很友好、愉快。
附近有3家超市,1家便利店,以及多家餐厅,非常方便。
