Worst experience ever at a hotel, in 40 years of business travel. Place was dirty, check in unreasonable complicated, got to my room and it wasn't cleaned, no sheets/bedding. Fecal material in the bathroom. Went to the front desk to get a different room and the front desk staff was engaging in verbal war with a customer who then threatened to kill everyone, police called, was dangerous and unnecessarily escalated by the front desk gentleman. The customer was horrible but it did not need to escalate the way it did. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. The entire property was dirty, smelled horrible. I have ZERO idea how this is part of the Extended Stay chain.

The place is constantly packed only because it's cheap. The elevator is awful and takes forever to get up and down on with only 4 floors. I wouldn't recommend to stay there but for the price I guess it was kinda worth it. For 3 nights I paid 298. The general manager is nice and courteous. Her names Lisa she's really welcoming.

I booked a room and I paid the fee in full.
When I got to the hotel, I have to wait for a long time to get service. Then, the clerk found out that there were no room available, as many of their rooms were not cleaned. Obviously, the hotel was not well managed. I have to find a different hotel. The hotel could not refund me the money. I had to contact my reservation website host to get my money back.
What a terrible management what a terrible service.

HORRIBLE
Room was dirty when we checked in, we reserved the room with queen size bed. They do not have any queen size beds. Just small full size. No breakfast, horrible hard beds. The stay was horrible, do not stay here

Hallway and elevator smelled strongly of BO and pot. Rooms floor was nasty dirty, my feet were black walking from the bathroom to the bed 1 time. Boogers on the walls. Food splatter on the walls in the kitchenette area. Not impressed.

我不喜欢的是,第二天要额外付费才能拿到毛巾,而且客房清洁服务是隔天一次,还得提前预约。浴室里只有一块肥皂。床很小,没有微波炉,而且我以为房间里应该有个设备齐全的小厨房,结果感觉更像是住在装饰简陋的宿舍里,而不是在任何地方长期住宿。我们最终提前近两天退房,但我要求至少部分退款的请求至今仍未得到回复。
这是我住过最差的酒店。整个酒店弥漫着令人作呕的难闻气味。我的房间脏兮兮的,地板把我的袜子都熏黑了。浴室里,浴缸里到处都是脏东西,淋浴墙上到处都是头发,还有人上厕所后就忘了拿。这家酒店的气味让我恶心,头痛得厉害。幸好我提前退房了,因为那里脏兮兮的,臭烘烘的,我一刻也不想待在那里,简直太恶心太糟糕了。
