This hotel is in bad need of renovation. There were holes in our wall where pictures used to hang. The mirror in bathroom was chipped around the frame. The entire hotel smelled damp and musty. Staff was friendly and breakfast was just ok. The waffle iron timer was broken so you had to guess and it could be raw or burned. Only the ice machine near the lobby worked, the ones on 2nd and 3rd floor were broken. Very disappointed overall as La Quinta is usually one of our favorite places to stay but I would not stay at this one again.

Loud dogs. We were moved to another room. However, the people upstairs were horrible. Not the hotels fault. Next time I will request the top floor.

Check in lady was nice then when they did the switch changes . The new lady was just staring when we was just walking by . No greeting or nothing . .

We stayed for 3 nights and the parking lot was trashy and no one cleaned any of it while we were there. Beer cans every where and even a half gallon jar of pickles. The inside was great though. Clean room, friendly people and breakfast was pretty good too. The only issue I had was that water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good. And you couldn’t get in the door at the end of the hall because the outside lock was broke. Was a long walk to the front door when the parking lot was full. All in all I would stay there again. The aspects that really counted were great.

Clean and well keep and the front desk was always kind and super helpful especially when my keycard stopped working go me a new one instantly i would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room smelled musty. The ac was loud on and off. Could not cool room down. Parking was good along with lighting. Good selection of stores and restaurant nearby.

They do the job well enough
Average across the board. I arrived and waited about 15 minutes to be checked in due to the front desk being unoccupied. Upon entering my room on the 2nd floor, I was hit with a musty smell that lingered for the 2 days I was there. The room itself was otherwise pretty clean, and honestly comfortable. The bathroom’s fan is set to run the entire time you have the light on, so the droning sound of the overhead fan is blaring any time you have to be in the restroom.
Otherwise, it’s in a good, convenient location. The breakfast was palatable, housekeeping and other workers were kind and courteous, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. Unfortunately, the smell really turned me off, and it might be in part of it being in Beaumont, where humidity is very prominent.

Checked in at 11ish. The room was 85 degrees and took over an hour to cool down. The room had a musty odor. NO TV in the room. Two holes in the floor beside the bed. Weird! And the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you took the back off and jiggled to make it fill with water!!!!! So, it was not a good choice of a hotel….at all. Room 227!! I don’t recommend .
