Wrong room
First of all never had a hotel charge me before I arrived and then cancel my booking without calling me or try contacting me, therefore had to call to find out wrong billing info was input so corrected over the phone and was charged before I arrived and then I arrive and it’s the wrong room! They wind up putting me in the room I needed but clearly was a back up room as fridge didn’t work neither did half the outlets. But again when I booked it initially I said pay at property and not sure why I was charged before I even arrived.

Stayed during parents weekend so paid almost 600 dollars a night. For that price, the condition of the hotel was not acceptable. Dirty, stained carpets. Dirty sheets that had not be cleaned-hairs and crumbs were visible. Broken items in the room- phone cord was taped to the phone but wouldn’t stay in so no call to front desk could be made, remote did not have a back and was very sticky, curtains had big rip, sink would not drain.

Everything was great, thought they had an indoor pool when I booked, clearly I had not looked amenities.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was sufficient. Hotel had updated decor. Bed was comfortable and the linens (sheets and towels) were clean. That being said- I understand that the comforters (under the sheets) are not regularly washed and pillows are reused but I was surprised to see the pillows appeared stained yellow and the comforter had many stains on it. Some of the surfaces in the room did not appear to have been wiped down as I had to clean them. Other than those issues, the hotel was decent.

It was fine. We felt safe. Passable cleanliness. Only staff we dealt with looked visibly inconvenienced to be there. Zero functional wifi in room or lobby. Breakfast was decent.

We came for one night as a family. The woman who checked us in was very personable and made the experience a wonderful one. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. No complaints.

Our room was small & dirty.
The bathtub was not cleaned.
There were stains on the carpet.
Comforter was dirty.
I did complain & we didn’t get charged for the room at all.
So we were happy about that.
Customer service was very good.

糟糕的体验
这家酒店非常老旧。我和家人不得不换房间，因为第一个房间闻起来像脏运动袜一样——臭气熏天，一开门就扑面而来。第二个房间也好不到哪里去，仍然很臭，但没有第一个那么难闻。地毯绝对需要彻底更换。
房间里还有个问题是蟑螂！我躺下的时候，居然有一只掉到我头上！
最后，枕套和床单上都有血迹。不知道他们用的是什么洗衣服务，但肯定做得不太好。
我们再也不会住康福特酒店了。
