AT Hiker Recommended
I was here for one night. Decided to extend another day because this place is on point. As a hiker, the comfort is too notch. I extended this morning with Haven. She was bright and friendly. The breakfast a delish with lots of options. The pool will be revisited today and I look forward to turning in tonight, that bed is amazing!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was the room next door making noise all night long. Called front desk and reported it and things settled down for a while. Front desk helpful at check in. Very nice personnel.
Will probably stay again when in area.

It was a good breakfast variety, something for everyone, the suite was spacious and served us well. Cracker Barrel was next door and that was convenient for dinner.

ok Hotel, Wifi is cumbersome to access
The wifi login is cumbersome, requiring logging in, then watching a video commercial prior to joining. The clerk said there would be cookies and coffee available until 10 PM . . .when I went to the lobby at 8 PM there were no cookies. When we returned to the hotel at 9:35 PM there we no cookies available. Why say they would be there if there was no intention of having them?

Showed up a day late and they charged me one night and canceled my reservations for 2 nights i went to check in just for the one night and they told me my reservation was canceled so i had to pay the one nigjt cancelation fee which i was fine with. Now they are telling being the reservation got canceled i am only getting back a half night refund for tuesday! I already paid the cancelation fee of one night on monday so i dont k lw how they are taking an additional half night fee also!

The hotel was good. We enjoyed dining out and had many options to choose from. Parking was easy. We had a lot of noise from the room or area above us. I had trouble sleeping as the noise started around 10pm and by 3am I got a bit grumpy by the noise. It was not terribly loud, but the ceiling creaked with the noise, and I just had trouble sleeping. I would not stay at this location again in the future although the noise was probably only a random occurrence.

AC was so loud we had to turn off so room was warm. Pillows are these very small half pillows/super uncomfortable. We would not stay at that property again. The holiday Inn next door we have stayed at and will stay there next time.
