Room was gross. Bathroom was dirty. Pool area was dirty. They had no clean towels besides pool towels for the 4 nights I stayed there.

All was good but the elevator was out of order and that is the second i have been there and the elevator was down and my wife is disabled abd the staff did place on the bottom floor and that was great

Elevator not working. We were offered a refund but chose to stay. Room could stand some extra cleaning and the sheets were worn with holes. The stairs that we had to use had a door that lead to the outside and it was left propped open so anyone could come in without going through the lobby. Didn’t like the idea of anyone just being able to come in. Staff was friendly and nice.

Manager doing the best she can but place needs major updating. As so many new hotels are much more expensive, I guess the low pricing of this hotel helps those who can’t afford the higher priced places.

Hotel hasgone downhill in 3 years since last visit
Drapes shredded, bathroom sink faucet leaked on counter, toilet seat loose. Room paid for unavalable on 1st floor and both elevators were not functioning.

wished something was said about both elevators not working ahead of reservation. had to sign a waiver not to seek a lower price for said elevators not working at which time it was too late to get another property. so kinda stuck there ,room A/C unit it made a noise thou it did work , a decline from my last stay

Room had not been swept or dusted. Bed was broken and springs squeaked horribly with every movement.

We reserved a last-minute stay after a full day of moving and, unfortunately, our experience was unsatisfactory.
The elevators were out of service, requiring us to use the stairs. The room itself was in poor condition: the walls showed visible mold, the bed was squeaky, and the pillows were worn to the point that we woke up with stiff necks. The bathroom was not clean, the lamps were covered in heavy dust and dark spots, and the headboard had an unappealing film across it.
The breakfast was also disappointing. The food options were limited, and the serving trays for the eggs and ham were visibly dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness.
Overall, the property did not meet basic standards of comfort or cleanliness, and we left dissatisfied with our stay.
