We didnt even stay we checked in at 11:30 and check out at 1am and continued our drive back to Florida. The room was disgusting.

Some equipment in the room not working. Very dated. You can hear your neighbor's loud voices. Very big gap on the bottom of front door.very dusty and floor had candy from a previous guest. Beddings looked overused. Did not feel safe.

Out of orange juice. Said they have been out for a week! Seats you sit in were peeling and ripped. Staff was friendly.
There was a whole floor tile missing in our bathroom under the vanity with a hole in the wall next to tile. I covered the hole up with the trash can so no varment could crawl out.

Comfortable
Comfortable room, carpet and chair were questionable but the rest of the room was clean. Comfortable bed with clean linens. Parking was kind of weird, all behind the building, with a few spots up front. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Too many stray cats walking around. Ceiling tiles destroyed in lobby area, along with ladders being stored in lobby area. Tv in room didn’t work, but was a simple fix that could have been taken care of if housekeeping staffed reported it. Overall not impressed with stay and don’t see myself staying there again.

Room for improvement
The staff was friendly but the facility needs some love. For the price I paid I was expecting a more well kept facility. Damage in the lobby. Ladders leaned against the wall, exposed insulation, missing ceiling tiles. Hole in the wall in my room. MISSING smoke detector. Gritty sheets. Dirty mirror. I didn't want to touch anything. I skipped a shower to wait until I got home. Toilet was wobbly. Bed was lumpy. Room was damp. Very disappointed.
Additionally, no signage on side of building with portico, didn't know I was in the right place because the GPS brought me in the back way from the light in the dark. Parking lot was sketchy after dark.
Coffee was cold with breakfast. Needed fruit option.

Some good. Two things bad.
Room was clean and ok. Wi-Fi did not work. Had to connect to Starbucks next door which worked sometimes. Accessible shower was awful. Nothing to keep water from flooding the bathroom. They said they were aware of the problem.

Very pleasant stay. The staff was excellent, very attentive, and gracious. The first room I was assigned was clean and well set, but the HVAC wasn't cooling. I waited sometime before reporting just to see if the unit just needed time to work. Nothing changed. I made the front desk aware of it and the attendant promptly assigned me to another room. Very nice! I still rate this place 5 stars because of how this situation was handled. Great value for the money! I would stay again.
